This game is very rigged. I started a new quest today and was winning and completed the first room. I got the standard pop up to rate it only because I had winnings. They never ask you to rate when you are losing. Went to the last room only to get completely cleaned out shortly before the end of the last room. There seems to be a lot of technical issues, always updates and really doesnt work any better. There is not any proper customer service after purchasing, a few times I did not receive what I had purchased. I was asked to prove I had made a purchase rather than look into and fixing a problem on their part.
