Having fun but feel like Im being cheated

I have been playing slotomania for about two years. I really enjoy it but have recently been noticing that big payoffs are not being credited quite frequently; it doesnt seem to happen when it comes to deducting credit for spins. what is this all about?
I continue to play and win but still notice that I dont receive the entire winnings even after watching the payoffs. Why deprive the winnings when it shouldnt cost you a penny? This spoils everything!i am still not receiving full credit for my wins;it usually adds up to millions. what gives?
